How Voxil AI collects and uses information on this website.

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Voxil AI (“Voxil AI”, “we”, “us”) builds AI voice agents, chatbots and automation systems for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit voxilai.tech, contact us or book a call, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors from every country we serve, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada and Australia.

Who is responsible for your information

Voxil AI is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@voxilai.tech.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the service you’re interested in, your timeline and your message.
  • Booking a call: the name, email and any answers you provide when scheduling through our booking calendar.
  • Email and calls: anything you choose to share when you email us or speak with us, such as details about your business and the workflows you want to automate.

Information collected automatically

  • Website analytics: we use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views and basic technical details (such as page visited, referring site, browser type, device type and country) without using cookies or identifying you personally.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver the website securely and protect it from abuse.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry and schedule the calls you book.
  • To prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask us for.
  • To run, secure and improve our website.
  • To send you information you have asked for. We only send marketing emails where you have agreed to receive them, and every email includes a way to opt out.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Legal bases (UK and EU visitors). We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (for example, replying to an inquiry or preparing a proposal), for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business and website, with your consent where we ask for it, and where we need to comply with the law.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Services we use

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business and who are bound to protect it:

  • Vercel: website hosting and cookieless web analytics.
  • Calendly: scheduling calls you book with us.
  • Zoho Mail: our business email.
  • Google Fonts: website fonts, which your browser loads from Google’s servers.
  • Our contact form service: to receive and store the messages you send through our website.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

International transfers

Our team and service providers are located in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and our providers’ data processing agreements.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and booking details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of the relationship and any period required for legal, tax or accounting reasons. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it.

Cookies

Our analytics do not use cookies. Third-party tools embedded on some pages, such as the booking calendar, may set their own cookies when you use them. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • receive your information in a portable format; and
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

California residents have the rights described above under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. To exercise any right, email info@voxilai.tech. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

AI systems we build for clients

This policy covers our own website and communications. When we build AI agents or automations for a client, the client decides how its customers’ data is used, and that processing is governed by the client’s own privacy policy and our agreement with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will highlight them on this page.
