Voice agents Chatbots Automation

Meet your experts

Hi, I'm Abdul Moeez. I build AI that does real work.

I'm an AI automation expert. I design and build the voice agents, chatbots and workflow systems Voxil AI delivers, and I stay on every project from the first scoping call to the day it's answering your customers.

You won't be handed off to a junior account manager. You'll talk to the people building your system, and you'll own everything we build.

  • Chatbots and WhatsApp assistants trained on your business

The busywork tax

Growth stalls in the gaps nobody owns.

It's rarely the strategy that breaks. It's the hundred small handoffs between a customer reaching out and someone finally getting back to them.

Find your gaps, free call

Calls ring out after 5pm

The inquiry that would have closed on Monday goes to a competitor who answered on Saturday. Nobody sees the loss, it never enters a CRM.

→ A voice agent picks up, qualifies and books, at 2am.

The same twelve questions, forever

Your best people spend their mornings re-typing answers about pricing, hours, availability and policy, instead of doing the work only they can do.

→ A trained assistant handles the repeats and escalates the rest.

Leads leak between the tools

A form fills in one system, the follow-up lives in another, and the handoff is someone's memory. By week two, the pipeline is fiction.

→ One routed flow: captured, scored, assigned, logged.

My order #4417 hasn't shipped yet, it's been 5 days.

I see #4417, it's held because the billing ZIP didn't match. I can release it if you confirm the ZIP.

It's 90210.

Confirmed and released. It ships tonight, tracking by email.

Resolved without a human · 38 seconds

It reads your systems, not just your FAQ

A chatbot that can only recite help-center text deflects nothing. Ours connect to order, booking and account data, so they can actually resolve the request instead of describing how to resolve it.

  • Live lookups against your order or booking system
  • Takes action: release, reschedule, refund, escalate
  • Hands to a human with the full transcript attached
  • Says "I don't know" instead of inventing an answer
How we build chatbots

How it runs

Four weeks from call to live system

No six-month discovery phase. We scope tightly, build in the open, and put something working in front of your customers fast.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    Scope call

A 30-minute call to find the one workflow costing you the most. You leave with a fixed scope, a price and a date, whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Week 2

    Build & train

We ingest your docs, pricing and policies, wire the integrations, and set the guardrails for what the agent may decide on its own.

  3. 03

    Week 3

    Supervised pilot

It goes live on a slice of real traffic with a human reviewing transcripts daily. We tune tone, edge cases and escalation rules against real conversations.

  4. 04

    Week 4+

    Handover & tune

Full rollout, documentation, and a dashboard your team owns. We stay on for monthly tuning, or hand over the keys entirely. Your call.

Every engagement includes

  • Fixed-scope proposal before any work starts
  • Weekly demo you can actually click
  • Full source code and prompt ownership
  • Documented escalation and fallback paths
  • Team training session at handover
  • 30 days of post-launch tuning

Proof

What other operators said about us

Founders and ops leads who shipped with Voxil AI, in their words.

We'd been quoted six figures and six months by two other shops. Voxil scoped it in one call, shipped a working support agent in under a month, and it now handles about four out of five tickets on its own. The part I didn't expect: they talked us out of two features we were ready to pay for.

DC

David Chen

Founder · QuickSupport SaaS

Concept to launched product in six weeks. The automation they built into it replaced what we'd budgeted as five hires, and we still own every line of it.

MR

Maria Rodriguez

CEO · LaunchPad Tools

Our phones used to go to voicemail at 5pm and we'd lose the patient to whoever answered first. That problem is simply gone now.

JO

James Okonkwo

Ops Lead · Northline Clinics

Our follow-up leaked deals for years. They closed the gaps, and for the first time the sales team actually trusts what the pipeline says.

PN

Priya Nair

Head of Growth · Estuary Realty

Clear communication, no jargon, and it still works six months later. That last part is rarer than it should be.

Questions

The things people ask first

Still unsure? Ask us directly, we answer honestly, including when the answer is "you don't need this yet."

Full FAQ
Most single-channel builds, one chatbot or one voice agent, properly integrated, land between a few thousand and the low five figures. Full SaaS products are scoped separately. You get a fixed price before any work starts, so there's no hourly meter running.
This is the right question to ask. We constrain agents to your approved source material, define exactly which actions they may take unsupervised, and make "I'll get a human" the default when confidence is low. Every conversation is logged so you can audit what was said. The first weeks run as a supervised pilot for precisely this reason.
No. We build around your stack, not the other way round. We work with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zendesk, Intercom, Twilio, Google Calendar, Stripe, Shopify and most tools with an API. Where there's no API, we build the bridge.
You do, repository, prompts, configuration and documentation. We don't hold your system hostage in a platform you can only rent. If you want to take it in-house or hand it to another team later, you can.
Two to six weeks for most agent builds, depending on how many integrations are involved and how quickly we can get access to your systems and content. SaaS products typically run six to twelve weeks to first production release.
Thirty days of tuning are included, real conversations always surface edge cases the scope didn't. After that you can take it fully in-house, or keep us on a monthly retainer for monitoring, tuning and new workflows. There's no lock-in either way.
We scope data handling explicitly at the start: what's stored, where it lives, how long it's retained, and which providers process it. For regulated work, health or financial data, we'll tell you upfront what the architecture needs to look like and what we can and can't commit to.
